REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred) • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields • Ability to set and manage team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members • Strong decision-making skills to drive the company’s sales and marketing vision. • Experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (offline and online). • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities • Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities, identify areas for improvement • Target-oriented • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Social Media
