DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for business development and in selling Payroll Outsourcing Services and SaaS solutions Follow up inbound leads and convert them into new business opportunities Understand client needs and recommend appropriate HR solutions Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing and new client accounts Prepare quotations, proposals, and required sales documentation Conduct sales discussions, handle negotiations, and close deals Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline Manage handover to operations after deal closure
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields Solid in Payroll Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and BPO services Proven track record lead generation, marketing events organization, and sales target achievement Strong understanding of the HR Outsourcing market, including trends, technologies, products, and players Enjoy working in a high-energy team with members across regions; able to take initiative independently
