DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct site visits to assess client technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Provide technical consultations and recommend equipment based on client specifications and project needs
Prepare detailed proposals including technical specifications, pricing, and ROI analysis
Participate in tender processes and competitive bidding for industrial equipment projects
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Oversee project delivery from contract award through installation and commissioning (for project-based products)
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting throughout equipment lifespan
Identify spare parts needs and upsell opportunities with existing clients
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits
Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve individual sales targets
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience
Willingness to travel to client sites in Surabaya. Traveling to client sites in other cities 30% of the time
