DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide end-user assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
Support endpoint security tools, antivirus software, and manage system updates and patching.
Troubleshoot and maintain connectivity for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Configure, manage, and monitor routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
Resolve network performance and connectivity issues efficiently.
Administer Active Directory, including user accounts and access control.
Manage NAS systems, file storage, and backups; oversee access rights.
Conduct routine system monitoring, maintenance, and basic recovery tasks.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software support.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation, including licenses and equipment lifecycle records.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and organizational standards.
Monitor systems for security threats and assist with security audits and awareness initiatives.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support or IT Operations.
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and desktop environment.
Basic networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Experience in Active Directory administration.
Familiarity with NAS systems (e.g., Synology) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco/Fortinet).
