DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day financial activities of the organisation
Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
Providing financial advice and support to department heads and senior management
Overseeing the work of the accounting team and mentoring junior staff
Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Accounting or a related field 5+ years of experience in a finance supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools
