REQUIREMENT

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in accounting or finance operations, with hands-on exposure to bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and month-end close Australian accounting experience is an advantage Construction industry experience is a plus Financial Operations Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting Working knowledge and hands-on experience in BAS and IAS preparation Tools & Systems Experience with MYOB, ATO, Fathom, Data Build, or Ocerra preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, including lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, conditional formulas, data validation, and basic reporting charts Experience in AR/AP processing, reconciliations, and reporting is a plus Communication & Collaboration Clear written and verbal English communication skills Ability to draft concise responses and manage multiple shared inboxes with effective prioritization and delegation Ability to collaborate with a wider finance team and provide accurate updates and status reports Organisation & Time Management Proven ability to manage competing deadlines, including month-end, quarter-end, and audit requests Strong documentation and organizational discipline Ethics & Confidentiality High level of professional integrity Proven ability to handle financial information with strict confidentiality
