DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Devise and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and print advertising Manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience Collaborate with the team to align marketing activities and support lead generation efforts Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform future strategies Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor's degree from Marketing Management, Public relations, or hospitality management. Have minimum 6 years' working experience as marketing manager in Retail, Hospitality industry with a large number of outlets Have experience in Data Analyst, P&L, Accounting or finance background. Strong exposure in digital marketing strategy, social media management, graphic design, content creation and promotion ATL (Above the line) and BTL (Below the line) strategies. Have good communication, negotiation, presentation and strong in leadership skills Have knowledge of all processes about events, Bank Partnership, production events, awareness, etc. Expert using M.Excel (v-klook up, etc) Fluent in English both conversation and writing.
