DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Performing configuration, implementation, integration and maintain all network security platforms and any other related software, such as Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention System, Anti-SPAM, Web Proxy, Load Balancing, Setup VPN, Netwok Monitoring System, and other network security platforms.
Plan and appraise ongoing assessment of firewall policy, VPN, SSL, intrusion prevention, web filtering, and other network component policies
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field
Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills and follow-through
Ability to work off-hours as needed for IT projects
Ability to keep up to date with the latest tech innovations
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
Excellent verbal communication skills
