DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle B2B orders, catering services, and customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other platforms. Respond to leads, guide clients through the sales process, close deals, and ensure smooth execution. Coordinate catering orders with clients and internal teams to maintain service excellence. Organize corporate events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and collaborations to drive brand exposure and sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and office networks. Identify new business opportunities to grow off-store revenue. Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and market insights to optimize strategies. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand goals.
