DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct site visits to assess client lubrication needs across various equipment types (hydraulics, gearboxes, compressors, industrial machinery)
Provide technical consultation on lubricant selection based on operating conditions, temperatures, loads, and equipment specifications
Recommend appropriate lubricants and oils to optimize equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs
Prepare technical proposals including product specifications, application guidelines, and cost-benefit analysis
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for maintenance teams on proper lubrication practices
Perform or coordinate oil analysis and condition monitoring to identify equipment issues and recommend solutions
Manage both project-based sales (new installations) and recurring orders (consumable replenishment)
Identify upsell opportunities for specialty lubricants, greases, and lubrication systems
Provide ongoing technical support including troubleshooting lubrication-related equipment issues
Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and procurement teams
Track inventory needs at client sites to ensure timely reordering and prevent stockouts
Achieve individual sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience
Willingness to travel to client sites in Medan and other cities 30% of the time
