DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Introduce TKS as a leasing and rental company to dealers and customers in Makassar area to support TKS market expansion.
Conduct regular visits to maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and vendors in supporting Operating Lease and Finance Lease business.
Identify business opportunities within the regional market and provide insights/recommendations to the superior for business growth.
Provide quotations, presentations, and clarify product information to customers, as well as support in negotiation processes to achieve sales targets.
Assist in preparing financing applications, internal memos, and legal documents to ensure business processes comply with internal regulations.
Monitor and guide Marketing Staff in carrying out their duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Prepare regular reports on sales achievements and Sales Calls to the superior.
Monitor account receivables of customers under Makassar regional responsibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination in handling customer needs and business operations.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or other related fields.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a leasing/financing company, preferably in marketing.
Strong networking with automotive dealers and good knowledge of Makassar market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical ability related to market potential and sales performance.
Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to travel for business purposes as required.
