DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Input material request based on approved SPM.
Plan and execute daily inbound goods arrival.
Manage daily warehouse space utilization.
Ensure proper handling of goods in accordance with applicable procedures.
Prepare and manage SCM team work schedules.
Receive goods from suppliers and perform system input (centralized system).
Supervise and control SCM team performance to ensure optimal operations, including loading and unloading activities.
Ensure SCM operational activities comply with SOP, WI, and company regulations.
Handle and execute special delivery requests as required.
Ensure stock accuracy between system and physical inventory.
Verify loaded quantities against supporting documents.
Monitor inbound and outbound goods administration.
Review daily stock reports (system vs physical).
Manage filing of goods transaction documents.
Verify delivery notes, return documents, and physical goods.
Process swap/return forms from receiving and input related data.
Input direct shipment arrival reports and goods receipt documents (centralized).
Print goods receipt documents.
Verify delivery notes for samples, swap/return, and free goods preparation.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Strong coordination, planning, and basic leadership skills.
Computer literate and familiar with operational systems (ERP/WMS is a plus).
Good analytical and administrative skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with deadlines.
Physically and mentally fit to perform operational activities.
Willing to work in shifts.
