DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to promote the company's products and services Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and securing repeat business Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas and develop effective sales strategies Contribute to the development of the company's sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events to showcase the company's offerings Work closely with the product development team to provide customer insights and feedback
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B industries Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to inform strategic decisions Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with digital marketing and sales tools Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
