DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Navigate complex negotiations with multiple layer of customer level (R&D or Purchasing) and able to explain how to use food & beverage raw materials in food/beverage product applications Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in various segments Understand industry trends by keeping up to market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in the industry and plans out customer visit independently Monitors, updates, and submits report of competitors and keeps records in sales force of existing and prospective customers Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Biology, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Interest in sales and the food ingredient industry or trading company Experience work in food ingredient (raw material), trading or manufacturing company (big industry or home industrial) Proficient in English and Ms. Office Able to work mobile accross domestic area Has driving license: SIM A
