DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Organize and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Assist in organizing staff events. Handling hostel arrangements for expatriates. Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary. Support the team with various administrative projects as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
