DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Scout and engage potential customers in your area, understanding their needs and matching them with the right solutions. Offer expert guidance on John Deere products, demonstrating their benefits and conducting presentations and product demos. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to offer valuable insights and refine sales approaches. Work with internal teams (Service, Marketing, Finance) to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless customer experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and providing outstanding service.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years in sales, preferably within the agriculture or heavy equipment industry. Flexible to travel within your region to meet clients and attend industry events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and understand their needs. Familiarity with agricultural equipment and farming practices is a plus. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-starter who can manage their schedule and territory effectively. Has a type A or C driving license; own vehicle is a plus Preferably a local resident.
