DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with internal departments to identify and procure required materials and supplies Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and inventory Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures Identify opportunities to streamline the purchasing process and drive cost savings Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of purchased items Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory levels
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers Proficiency in data analysis and the use of procurement software and tools Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Flexibility and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field would be an advantage
