DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Responsible for Sales Target as well as sales budget and analyzing store sales
2. Manage daily store operations across all branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
3. Conduct regular visits to each branch to monitor performance, provide support, and maintain operational consistency.
4. operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales;
5. monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service.
6. Ensure all store operations align with the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies.
7. Address store teams’ performance issues by monitoring, evaluating, and providing guidance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
8. Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance by improving customer experience, elevating service quality, and strengthening operational standards.
9. Oversee inventory management and stock verification, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining optimal stock levels across all branches.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and support business growth.
REQUIREMENT
1. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Area Manager / Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/Skin Care/Beauty industry).
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques.
5. Strong communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
7. Analytical, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
8. Able to develop channel sales strategy
