DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Lead daily sales performance—track vehicle sales, support non regular transactions during peak seasons, and ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved
• Own the business plan—provide, analyze, and manage plans that drive operational targets set by centre management; course correct as needed
• Monitor and elevate team results—evaluate performance and take corrective action with centre management to keep portfolios on track
• Strengthen sales processes & customer care—promote standard procedures, resolve escalated complaints, and improve CSV (Customer Satisfaction/Engagement) outcomes
• Coach for growth—develop Sales Executives and showroom staff through regular reviews (PDR) and targeted development actions
• Ensure data quality—maintain customer data capture accuracy at all points of sale; leverage Connect reports for visibility
• Build product knowledge—run regular discussions and training to enhance team confidence and sales effectiveness
• Manage compliance—handle documentation and government related matters in line with prescribed rules to minimize legal risk
• Success measures: monthly/annual target achievement, team performance metrics, CSV scores, PDR outcomes, Connect reporting, training cadence, complaint log closure, and alignment with government policy updates
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 8 years in Sales, including 2–4 years in a managerial role
• Customer & Personal Service: deep understanding of needs assessment, service quality, and satisfaction evaluation
• Sales & Marketing: methods for promoting and selling, basic strategy, product demos, and sales control systems
