REQUIREMENT
Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or related field. At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to Industrial Relations and Compensation & Benefits. Proven ability to manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws. Strong knowledge of labor laws, government regulations, and industrial relations practices, with experience in liaising with government institutions and labor unions. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, mediation, and collective bargaining, ensuring fair and constructive outcomes for both employees and management. Experience in policy development and implementation, particularly related to employee relations, compliance, and workplace regulations. Solid background in Compensation & Benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies. High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations to management. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation, contracts, and compliance reports. Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal). Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, external partners, and labor unions. Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive HR and IR matters. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines. Can join immediately.
