REQUIREMENT
Significant experience (8+ years) in a Rewards, Compensation or HRIS Management role, preferably within a fast-paced, complex organization In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits and HRIS best practices, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations Excellent data analysis and project management skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with business leaders Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement Deep understanding of Indonesian labor and tax regulations related to payroll and rewards. Proficient in HRIS software and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, BIPO, workday, etc.). Bachelor's degree in human resources, Economic or a related field Proficient in English
