DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT systems, including updates, patches, and backups.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
Conduct training sessions for employees on IT systems and applications.
Develop user guides and documentation for IT processes.
Assist in procuring and deploying IT hardware and software as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Configure network devices and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Track asset usage and ensure accurate records.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Keep documentation up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Provide remote support to off-site employees as needed.
Troubleshoot remote access issues and ensure secure connections.
Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in relevant IT technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate) is advantageous. Proficiency in operating systems, network administration, and troubleshooting. Possess related experience in IT support. Experience in the construction industry or similar sectors is beneficial. Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of networking principles and protocols. Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection. Ability to provide user support and training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
