DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather and document business requirements in the form of BRD, FSD, and Use Cases. Analyze business processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities in the system. Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes. Maintain clear traceability between requirements, development tasks, and testing results. Participate in cross-team discussions to align understanding and ensure smooth project execution.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. 4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Figma. Basic SQL knowledge (a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
