DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress (themes, plugins, custom functions).
Build and optimise landing pages for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
Improve website performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Install and manage plugins related to SEO, security, caching, forms, and performance.
Support CRM communication flows using Respond.io, Mailchimp, and Qiscus, including:
basic automation setup,
segmentation,
message workflow configuration,
event tracking and data syncing.
Assist with API integrations (payment gateway, CRM, marketplace connectors, omnichannel, etc.).
Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and server-related issues.
Handle basic hosting tasks such as DNS, domain routing, SSL renewal, and hosting panel updates (with guidance).
Collaborate with Marketing, and Sales teams to support web-related conversion goals.
Conduct regular website audits and propose improvements.
REQUIREMENT
1–2 years of experience as a Web Developer or Web Administrator. Strong working experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, basic PHP editing). Familiar with Respond.io, Mailchimp, and Qiscus for CRM and communication workflow setup. Basic to intermediate skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Good understanding of basic SEO structure and website optimization. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn new systems and integrations. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Able to join immediately or on short notice is a strong advantage.
