DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist Head of IT in problems resolving and work closely on further IT development, planning and budgeting.
Provide full range of information technology support activities for YonMing Group - Indonesia, such as desktop hardware and applications support, network administration, office network security and protection.
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, and implement appropriate solutions
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities
Participate in the continuous improvement of IT processes and services
Provide support and training for ERP system and in-house application (Training will be provided)
Provide support and training for Vehicle Diagnostic System (Training will be provided)
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Working knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
Knowledge of Wan & Networking device, CCTV security system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in relevant IT support or computer hardware/software is an advantage
