DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop, write, and maintain technical and functional documentation, including white papers, user guides, process documents, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Translate complex data management and governance concepts into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with consultants, data engineers, and business analysts to gather information and ensure accurate documentation. Create visual aids (diagrams, flowcharts, infographics) to enhance understanding of technical processes. Ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and company guidelines. Maintain and update documentation as data regulations, tools, and frameworks evolve. Work with marketing teams to create thought leadership content such as blogs, case studies, and white papers.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in data management, data governance, or IT consulting. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM), metadata management, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and related topics. Ability to write for both technical and business audiences. Experience using documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, Markdown, Git and others). Basic knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools is a plus. Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.
