DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

PT Khong Guan Biscuit is seeking an experienced Organization Development and Performance Specialist to join our team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position will play a key role in driving our organisational development initiatives and enhancing the performance of our workforce.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field Strong understanding of human resources principles, employee engagement strategies, performance management best practices, and OKR/KPI frameworks Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations A collaborative and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving organisational transformation
