DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise daily speaker production activities to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved. Lead, train, and motivate production teams across shifts. Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S). Coordinate with related departments (QA, Engineering, PPIC, and Maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow. Enforce safety standards and compliance with company policies.
REQUIREMENT

Male/Female, maximum 40 years old. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing (preferably electronics or speaker industry). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
