DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Administer and maintain accurate employee records and documentation at the branch level.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration.
· Monitor employment contract periods, probation status, and renewals.
· Support HR administrative processes including recruitment, attendance, payroll, BPJS, and employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT).
· Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies.
· Assist in handling disciplinary matters, performance appraisals, and industrial relations issues at the branch level.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
· Utilize HRIS systems effectively for employee data management (if applicable).
· Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationery (ATK), and equipment.
· Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the office work environment.
· Supervise maintenance and repair of office facilities and infrastructure.
· Assist in the management and scheduling of company operational vehicles.
· Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for business trips.
· Handle office-related licensing matters, including renewals and compliance with local regulations.
· Support day-to-day office operations and logistics.
· Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors (e.g., cleaning services, office supply vendors).
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and General Affairs.
- Experience working in a branch office or within a multi-branch organizational structure is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Loyal and accountable in carrying out work responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- Based in Medan, North Sumatra.
