DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1st layer for IT helpdesk request and incident related end user computing devices
Set up new computers and other end user computing peripherals
Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining software and hardware related end user computing devices
Set up client security software and data rescue in case of trouble with client computers.
Network connection assignment for client computer (Wi-Fi or Cable Connection), setting up authorization and permission for clients, and internet connection
Execute new policies, processes, and procedures for End Client Computing to meet business needs
Compliance with best practice, regulatory/legal requirements and Company processes and policies
