1. Operational Management Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities (inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, and reverse logistics). Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with service standards. Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and resource utilization to improve productivity. Monitor and manage performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and lead time. 2. Inventory Control & Systems Oversee stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock opname, and reconciliation processes. Ensure optimal use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for real-time monitoring and reporting. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. 3. Team Management Lead, train, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff to achieve operational excellence. Manage shift planning, workforce allocation, and performance evaluation. Create a safe, disciplined, and collaborative working environment. 4. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations. Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. Apply Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) to maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and security. 5. Reporting & Coordination Report key operational KPIs to senior management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, Finance) to ensure smooth operations. Manage operational costs and propose efficiency initiatives.
