REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Management, English Literature, or Communication Studies. Minimum GPA: 3.00. Basic internet literacy. Active English proficiency (spoken and written). Strong orientation toward excellent customer service. Clear speech, without regional accents or speech impediments. Excellent communication skills. Willing to work in shifts.
