DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
Compile and determine sales targets according to market opportunities and the company's large targets
Building a strong and productive sales team, coordinate and oversee the sales team's activities to ensure they are meeting their targets
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Create sales and marketing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach
Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Maintain good relations with business partners, all sales segments
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience as a Marketing & Sales Supervisor or similar role in the fertilizer and pesticide industry Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and customer behaviour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the sales team Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimize marketing and sales performance Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing solutions Strong organisational and project management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
