REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact in this customer-facing role. Salary & Location Salary negotiable (Regular monthly salary of NT$40,000 or above) Experience working with and communicating effectively with advertisers, agencies, or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders. Experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, or digital marketing and executing short- to long-term strategies. Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact. Ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization mindset while paying attention to detail. Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and selling. Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently drive growth.
