DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Manage warehouse operations for inbound, storage, fulfillment, and outbound processes.
2. Ensure stock accuracy through Warehouse Management System (WMS)/ERP, routine stock audits, and cycle counts.
3. Minimize risks related to dead stock, obsolescence, and shrinkage.
4. Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and space utilization for efficiency.
5. Lead and monitor daily warehouse and logistics operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and distribution).
6. Plan and coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound logistics.
7. Negotiate with logistics providers, 3PL, and vendors to secure competitive costs.
8. Implement automation technologies (barcode, RFID) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
9. Develop lean logistics strategies to optimize costs and operational flow.
10. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse & logistics team (supervisors, operators, pickers, packers).
11. Set performance targets (KPIs) and monitor team productivity.
12. Enforce safety standards and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
13. Provide regular warehouse & logistics performance reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Manager in Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), and Microsoft Excel.
5. Solid knowledge of warehouse & logistics operations, cycle counting, stock management (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO), and 3PL management.
6. Experience in route optimization and logistics cost efficiency.
7. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare accurate reports.
