Analyze HR data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of OD and recruitment strategies.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with min. GPA 3.00 1–2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Organizational Development Specialist Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to effectively collaborate across team Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta
