DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies and roadmaps to meet business operational needs. Oversee both short-term and long-term IT development plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Manage and supervise end-to-end IT projects — from planning, testing, to application development — to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Optimize IT performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and control IT development budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Collaborate closely with business leaders to enable innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in IT development leadership, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong background in IT strategy, project management, and application development. Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented and proactive mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with compliance, governance, and IT budget management.
