DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide proactive support to sales teams in achieving their targets and objectives Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly to ensure seamless follow-up Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with internal departments and factories to facilitate smooth order processing and timely delivery Compile regular customer service reports in both Chinese and English
REQUIREMENT

High diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related Relevant experience in sales or marketing is preferred Fresh graduates will be welcome Strong data entry and analytical skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficient in written English and Chinese Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
