To ensure daily operation complies with HSE policies and achieve Goal Zero target
To manage resource to achieve various manufacturing KPIs such as Safety, Quality, Productivity, Reliability, Cost, etc.
To develop team to grow competencies and keep continue improvement on safety, productivity and reliability etc.
Be responsible for the recruitment of production staff, providing proper training and coach.

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor or above.
3 -5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing management
International chemical or plastic company experience preferred
Good HSE and quality awareness.
Good process management and problem solving
Teamwork-orientation, good leadership, communication skills and strong management courage.
MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Languages:
1. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
