DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Support and manage HRIS system (Odoo). 2. Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview, onboarding). 3. Organize and coordinate employee training programs. 4. Administer employee insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan. 5. Manage personnel administration (employment contracts, attendance, leave, etc.). 6. Assist in employee performance appraisal processes. 7. Support other HR functions such as employee engagement, 2compliance, and basic industrial relations. 8. Prepare and submit regular HR reports.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheet. 3. Good understanding of recruitment processes, HR administration, and basic industrial relations. 4. Familiar with HRIS systems (experience with Odoo is a plus). 5. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling administration tasks. 6. Able to work independently as well as in a team. 7. Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations. 8. Experienced in managing HR documents, employee database, and filing systems. 9. Preferably with experience in shipping or oil & gas companies.
