DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

In charge of a network group (RNC/BSC/Cluster) KPI/SLA/RSLA fulfillment, action plan and execution. In charge of certain network group issue identification including but not limited to poor coverage spot, worst performance cell, suddenly degraded cells, sleeping cells, and congestion cells. In charge of certain network group optimization solution, method of procedure production and follow up execution until solved using CR (change request) management rule. Issue/problem escalation to HQ through Icare system and follow up until solved.
REQUIREMENT

More than 7 years’ experience in radio network optimization on LTE network. Have middle scale network (more than 500 sites) performance management experience. Have comprehensive knowledge about 2G/4G/5G Fluent in English (mandatory), excellent communication to work in a team Strong responsibility and ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements
