DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Bachelor's degree in Information Technolgy, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Busineess Administration or related field or equivalent combination of experience and relevant certification will be considered Min. 3-5 years experience in supporting and administering an ERP system in a manufacturing environment Having at least 2 years of factory system and O&M experience, with InforERP operation and O&M experience (system launch experience preferred) Proven experience in a hands-on application support role with a focus on daily operation and maintenance Demonstrated experience in troubleshoot and resolving system faults & user error in timely manner Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing); Chinese proficiency is a plus
REQUIREMENT

Strong functional knowledge of key manufacturing and supply chain modules. Technical proficiency in user administration, basic configuration and query tools. Understand core factory business (production, inventory, etc) and solve system problems with business insights Attention to detail for system configuration, data accuracy and documentation Able to remain focused and effective when resolving high-severity incidents that impact production Have strong service awareness and patiently answering users with knowledge sharing ability A team player who can work effectively with IT colleagues, operational staff and management (proactive communication and collaboration skills) Have a strong learning ability and have passion for learning new system features and keeping up with InforERP road map and best practices
