DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Archieve Document such as: company document, contarct employees, data based employees, resignation and etc
2. Make a letter such as: statement letter, annoucment letter, internal letter employee need and etc
3. Collect requirement data based new employee
4. Collect data resingnation employee
5. Prepare and follow up contract employees new or extend
6. Manage administration system HRIS such as: input new employees, change of position, chage of data based employees, update date of contract, input annual leave employee and etc
7. Take a data absence office weekly and confirmation to employee
8. Reminder renewal contract company business such as: rent office branch, insurance, rent of apartment and etc
9. Coordination with GA staff and others staff
10. Mange the payment HR needs
11. Support recruitment such as : posting, screening and arrange interview
12. Others job arrange by leader
REQUIREMENT
1.Fresh graduate, Minimum of Bachelor's degree major psychology, law or management;
2. Excellent communication skills in English, Proficient in Mandarin is a plus ;
3. Able in multi-tasking;
4. Able to work individually or team
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PPT, Excel);
7. Have a knowledge labor of law and Flow recruitment
8. Can Join Immediately
