DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Spearhead initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts to meet ambitious sales targets. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term success. Promote our diverse portfolio of logistics and supply chain solutions to a broad customer base. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to shape business strategies. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute innovative sales campaigns. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage client portfolios to achieve revenue and volume goals. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate brand visibility.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales challenges with creativity and professionalism. Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to seize new business opportunities and drive innovation. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
