DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Plan and follow up on daily planning and production achievement (KPI - OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety) through proper communication with QA and Maintenance team
Providing training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Establishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work day

Overseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000)
Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting standards of excellence.
REQUIREMENT
Job Requirement:Diploma level
1 year working experience; fresh graduate encourage to apply
Able to use Microsoft Excel, Words for reporting
Required Languages:
Malay and English
