Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules to meet aggressive sales forecasts and market demand of products. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring on-time and in-full production. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing methodologies. Quality and Safety Compliance: Maintain and enforce stringent quality control standards, including certifications and industry-specific regulations (e.g., food safety standards, Halal, BPOM). Lead a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to manage raw material inventory, prevent stockouts, and ensure the timely delivery of goods to distribution channels. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, train, and motivate team. Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to team leaders and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production targets. Cost Management: Monitor production costs, including labor, materials, and energy. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or safety. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), production output, and on-time delivery. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and present performance reports to senior management. Equipment Maintenance: Work in partnership with the maintenance department to schedule and oversee regular maintenance of production machinery to minimize downtime and prevent costly breakdowns.
