REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2. ⁠Proven experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Experience SPV Sales FMCG. 3. ⁠Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. 4. ⁠Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 5. ⁠Target-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. 6. ⁠Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 7. ⁠Proficiency in MS Office or sales-related software. 8. ⁠Honest, trustworthy, and committed to ethical business practices. 9. ⁠Ensure strong sales coverage and market development across all Sulawesi region.
