DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide daily technical support for hardware, software (including internal applications), and network issues (on-site and remote) and escalate issues when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and applications. Provide basic guidance on using company’s IT applications and systems Ensure the functionality of IT equipment is ready to use Assist the UAT (User Acceptance Test) process when updates or new applications are released. Assist the application support team with simple programming processes (testing, initial debugging, and other basic programming support) Document IT asset inventory and equipment, IT processes, solutions, and common troubleshooting steps.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum diploma/bachelor’s degree in information system/information engineering/computer science Minimum 1 year experience as IT Support/Helpdesk Good understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting Good understanding of network (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP address, etc) Demonstrates strong communication skills, fast respond, and attentive to details.
