DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms in quality, pricing, and delivery. Monitor inventory levels and ensure consistent supply of key raw materials (rice, chicken, eggs, sauces, packaging, etc.). Coordinate with Operations, Central Kitchen, and Supply Chain teams to forecast needs and manage purchase planning. Evaluate vendor performance regularly to maintain high standards of quality and reliability. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and cost-control targets. Manage and lead the Purchasing team, providing guidance and training where necessary. Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, cost savings initiatives, and market trend updates.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in the F&B or retail industry. Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Solid understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost optimization. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (experience with ESB or Runchise is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to join SEC Bowl, Indonesia’s leading salted-egg chicken brand with 50+ outlets across Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Surabaya. The Purchasing Manager will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services required for our Central Kitchen, Warehouse & Logistics, and outlets.
