Implement business & marketing plans, programs, initiatives and go-to-market campaigns to achieve corporate objectives in terms of market development, industry awareness, lead generation and revenue growth for Retail & Food sectors, as well as for the Training Academy. Able to analyze precisely the key potential markets and formulate the most effective strategies and related promotional plans to outreach and develop the respective targeted segments. Ensure the effective planning, promotion and execution of industry events, seminars & workshops to enhance industry awareness, cultivate industry stakeholder relationship, drive leads & business development. Develop detailed execution plans, checklists and timeline etc., monitor and work with various teams and external agencies to execute all deliverables according to the timeline and with quality. Drive the development of marketing collaterals, presentations, digital content for related industries, solutions and service. Support in building good relations with industry and community partners, business and trade associations as well as regulatory bodies to promote GS1 standards, solutions, industry initiatives and programs. Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. General administration and implementation of secretariat works and any ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors.
